Privacy Policy

This policy explains what YY AI collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.

What we collect

The only information we actively collect is what you type into the booking form on our Book page:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Any message you choose to write (this field is optional)

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not set marketing or analytics cookies on this site.

We do use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are visited. It is cookieless, it does not follow you across other websites, and it does not build a profile of you. It records aggregate information such as page URL, referrer, country, browser and device type — not anything that identifies you personally.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, arrange your free AI audit call, and deliver the audit itself. That is the only purpose. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for their own marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list without you asking for one.

Who processes it

Running this site means a small number of service providers necessarily handle your data on our behalf:

• Formspree — receives your form submission and forwards it to us by email. Their privacy policy is at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
• Vercel — hosts this website and processes standard server logs, including IP addresses, as part of serving pages.
• Google Fonts — serves the typeface used on this site. Your browser requests the font files directly from Google when a page loads.
• Google (Gmail) — our enquiries inbox, where your submission arrives and is stored as an email.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any work that follows from it. If you ask us to delete your details, we will do so within 30 days, except where we are required to keep records for legal or accounting reasons.

Your data during an audit

If we go on to carry out an AI audit for you, any business information you share with us in that process is treated as confidential. We do not use it to train AI models, and we do not disclose it to anyone outside YY AI without your permission. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before any substantive discussion.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@yyai.ae and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
